Raw material selection: PPR random copolymer (such as Nordic Chemicals RA130E), melt index 0.3-0.5g/10min (230 ℃/2.16kg).
Injection molding process:
Barrel temperature: 200-220 ℃ in the rear section, 220-240 ℃ in the middle section, and 240-260 ℃ in the front section.
Injection pressure: 60-100MPa (adjusted according to flow length ratio).
Pressure holding: 60-80% of the injection pressure, and the holding time depends on the wall thickness (usually 20-30 seconds).
Production and Quality Control
Trial stage:
Perform Moldflow analysis to predict the location of the weld line (avoiding the sealed area).
Testing items: Dimensional tolerance (ISO 3126), static hydraulic strength (≥ 20 ℃/1h without leakage).
Mass production optimization:
Adopting automated pick-up and online inspection (visual system inspection for sealing surface defects).
Mold lifespan: ≥ 500000 cycles (requiring regular maintenance, such as polishing the mold cavity every 50000 cycles).
